Cancellation Policy
Appointment subject to cancellation/charge for lateness exceeding 15 minutes.
I charge 50% of the service price for cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
All same-day cancellations/no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Please do not come into the salon sick; the cancellation fee will be waived for illness.
